Shipping Rates and Policies
Shipping During the Coronavirus Pandemic: Please expect 2-3 day delays due to delays across all package delivery channels. Most of our orders are sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Thank you for your patience!
FREE shipping and handling applies to orders totaling $50 or more outbound to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders totaling less than $50 that are outbound to the 48 contiguous United States will be charged a flat rate of $5.50.
Orders ship via US First Class or Priority Mail and will arrive in 2-5 business days from the day they are processed.
Order Turnaround: If we receive your order by 9:30 am eastern time (Mon.-Fri.) we will make every effort to ship your order that same day. Orders we receive after 9:30 am will go out the next business day. We do not ship on weekends.
Alaska and Hawaii: For orders to Alaska and Hawaii we will pass along the actual charge from USPS, and adjust your order total after it is shipped.
For orders to countries outside of the United States, we will pass along the actual charge from USPS International or FedEx International. If you want to be notified of your estimated shipping charge before we ship your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Otherwise, we will adjust your order total after it is shipped.
For Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air we will pass along the actual UPS charge plus a $4 handling fee. We will adjust your order total after it has shipped. Please contact us via email at email@example.com before we process your order if you would like us to ship it expedited.
Exchanges and returns of unused product must take place within 6 months of purchase or receipt as a gift. If you send back an unused product and ask us to exchange it for another size or another product, we will not charge for shipping the exchanged product back to you. We do not provide shipping labels for returning product to us unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Defects must be identified within a year of purchase. Size issues are not considered product defects.
If we are unexpectedly out of stock in an item as a courtesy we will hold your order for up to two weeks and ship it complete when that item is back in stock. Or, if you would prefer we will ship your order immediately without the out of stock item, and honor the free shipping offer if the original order totaled $50 or more. We do not back order items.
Freight will be adjusted after the order is shipped, based on the actual charge we pay for shipping. All wholesale orders are shipped via UPS unless another carrier is requested. We can provide an estimate of shipping costs in advance on request.
