Product Exchanges and Returns:

Exchanges and returns of unused product must take place within 6 months of purchase or receipt as a gift. If you send back an unused product and ask us to exchange it for another size or another product, we will not charge for shipping the exchanged product back to you.

Send exchanges and returns to: Womanswork, PO Box 728, Pawling, NY 12564.  Include a note letting us know what you would like us to do. 

We do not provide shipping labels for returning product to us unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Defects must be identified within 3 months of purchase. Size issues are not considered product defects.
