What is Womanswork's Return Policy?

Items purchased at womanswork.com can be returned within 60 days from the Ship Date.

Defects must be identified within 60 days of purchase. Size issues are not considered product defects.

Sorry, but currently we do not provide shipping labels for returning products to us unless the product has a manufacturing defect.  

In the unfortunate event that your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service before sending it back to us.

Does Womanswork offer exchanges?

Exchanges of unused product must occur within 60 days of purchase or receipt as a gift.

If you send back an unused product and ask us to exchange it for another size, we will not charge for shipping the exchanged product back to you.  Please email customerservice@womanswork.com and request a shipping label.

How long does it take for my return or exchange to be processed?

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll send you an email notification that your refund is underway. You’ll then see your refund on your credit card account within 1-2 weeks from the time your return has been processed.

If your item was a gift:

To return your gift, include the order number, your name, your email address, and your contact information inside the package. Then, using your own postage, mail it back to:
